Salad greens and Salad Mixes are delivered in zipper bags, there are two sizes – Large - 8 oz. and Medium - 4 oz.

Herbs are shipped in zipper bags, there are two sizes, Medium – 3-4 oz. & Small – 2 oz. We ship only the herb product, not the woody stems; easier to use and less waste (but smaller size).

Edible flowers are shipped in individual clam shells. The numbers in each will vary with the flower – we’ll only put in as many as can safely be shipped without damaging or crushing any of them. We also always include a few extra flowers without charge – to ensure that you get your money’s worth and will always have all of the perfect flowers you need.

Just as with our greens, we rush the flowers from the field to the cooler. The shorter time they are in heat, the better condition they will be in.

Please note – we do not wash our product. Because it is grown naturally there may be a bit of dust or occasionally a small creature on the products. We do not wash them first because they will last longer if they are not washed ahead of time and are less likely to wilt. When you do need them simply run them lightly under running water – that is all they will require.

We can ship through Purolator, Greyhound, Fed Ex, UPS, and airlines throughout Alberta and beyond, as well as by ground with our own van to the greater Edmonton area.
Inspired Market Gardens harvests to order. We do not keep an inventory of product. Our hand harvesting of each order results in intensity of flavour and premium shelf life, which can assist you by lowering your levels of waste.

Each item is picked fresh and to the chef’s specifications the morning following your order. In special cases, in the local area, we can pick the product and deliver it the same day. Our goal is to have our product on your plate within 24 hours.
